Maryland Export Day Background
The Maryland/Washington D.C. District Export Council (DEC) pursued the Export Day proclamation from Governor Hogan in 2021 to highlight the importance of exporting to the Maryland business community and its contribution to our local economy.
The DEC is made up of exporters of goods and services and export service providers appointed by the Secretary of the U.S. Department of Commerce.
